Remember the peanut butter/jelly sandwich you had as a kid. Now you
can have the grown up version of the jelly portion. A sweet wine, good
for just drinking and watching the clouds go by or viewing the stars.
LEGENDARY ROSE
A light version of our St. Vincent variety. Semi-sweet, light bodied
with overtones of berry.
RACING ADVENTURE
A more robust version of our Concord wine developed to provide the aroma
of Concord but the taste of a more full bodied wine. Semi-sweet wine.

A sweet wine replicating the blackberry fruit of the summer.

CABERNET
SAUVIGNON
One of the famous vinifera of the world. A dark red
wine full of flavor and aroma. Try to find the chocolate or black currants.
Taste the bell pepper? Lightly aged in Hungarian
CABERNET
FRANC
Another of the stalwarts of the vinifera world. Fruity and rich, plumy
and black currants. The Wine Barn hopes to have it’s own Kansas
grown vintage of this wine in 2010.
OLD VINE ZINFANDEL
This is not your White Zinfandel . Actually made from grapes grown on
plants over 40 years old, which provide a spicy, earthy aroma coupled
with a tart but fruity tongue. Aged in Hungarian oak.

A Wine Barn exclusive. A combination of the fruity berry flavor of raspberry
with velvety chocolate overtones. Buy one for your sweetheart and one

GOLDEN SONNET
Based on the Semillon variety of Bordeaux. A light wine with citrus
aroma and taste.
CHELOIS
A French Hybrid grape pronounced “shell-oy” A fruity wine
with hints of Burgundy. Semi-Dry
MARCHEL FOCH
Some say making wine from this grape is difficult, but the Wine Barn
has met the challenge and offers it as a semi-sweet wine. The grape
is named after the French marshal Ferdinand Foch who helped negotiate
the terms of the World War I armistice.
ST.
VINCENT
A nouveau style wine, with good color, hints of berry, aged in Hungarian
oak to give it added complexity

NORTON
Sometimes referred to as the “Cabernet Sauvignon of the Ozarks”
this wine is often compared to Syrah or Merlot. A full bodied wine aged
in Hungarian oak, lots of bouquet with spicy overtones.
CHAMBOURCIN
A medium bodied wine full of spicy and earthy aromas. Jammy and dry
similar to a Syrah. Aged in Hungarian oak.
